2013 1st Quarter Meeting Notice

 

We will be holding our 1st Quarter 2013 Board of Directors meeting on Thursday April 18, 2013 at the Glade Springs Resort. The resort is located at 255 Resort Drive, Daniels, WV. It is located approximately 6 miles off exit 125A of I-64 near Beckley, WV.

A block of rooms have been reserved for our meeting. Please call (877)814-7316 before March 17, 2013 to make your reservations.  Please ask for Miss Utility of West Virginia Room Block when doing so.

Golf will be available on Wednesday April 17, 2012; however, I need an RSVP from you to guarantee tee times. Please let me know.

Dinner on April 17th will be Dutch – Treat; however, everyone is invited to attend the after dinner social at a location to be announced.

On April 18th,   Continental Breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 am with the meeting beginning at 9:00 am.  Lunch will be provided for all meeting attendees.
